Unable To Schedule A Recording With Goodmans Pvr

I am unable to schedule a recording with my pvr Goodmans GD11FVRSD50. A message "Timers are scheduled" comes up whenever I press the R button. I can only do instant recordings. I have deleted some scheduled recordings in the library in case there is a limit but this has no effect. The problem has only started recently.

Check that you haven't got a timer set for impossible times/dates.

Also google your model number incase its a known fault.

Apparantly my toshiba had a known fault for a certain date - I found out about it long after that date, but thinking back I may have had the fault - as I remember something weird had happened but seemed to cure itself!

Also, try switching it off at the mains then back on again
