I Cannot Submit Answers

over the past three weeks I have been unable to submit answers or questions,i just noticed its working again but may only last for a few hours and then that's me for days on end,what do I need to do,help me please.

Hi- are you saying the Submit button doesn't show or stays greyed out?

it says something like 0 nan

I've noticed a few threads asking the same Kate, try over in Ed's blog.
It might, just might, be a browser issue. Don't know, not a techie :-(

my son is back next weekend and I will see if he can sort it,i will keep my fingers crossed it will last til then

Hi kinky - what browser are you using? IE, Chrome, Firefox etc...

If you tell us, we can guide you through clearing the cache - it won't do any harm & is often helpful in solving "site restriction" issues.

No guarantees mind, I'm no techie either :-)

lie-in just texted my son and asked him,he says internet explorer

Ok, can you click "Help" then "About Internet Explorer" - that will tell you which version you're using. Once you know that, you can close the small window that popped up.

I had that problem yesterday too. I did a search and got the answer to click on the icon on the address bar at the top that looks like a torn piece of paper. It worked for me or was a coincidence that it came back just at that time.
