Internet Explorer Browser Problem

My computer, using Windows 7 had both 64 bit and 128 bit versions. The former had to be used when clicking a link which read, eg. Read this. 128 was used when a URL was shown.

Clicking 'Read this' in the 128 bit version only resulted in a blank tab at the top of the screen which went nowhere.
Changing to 64 bit wasn't ideal but it worked.

After yesterdays' Windows update, the 64 bit version has now disappeared and the only remedy, is to go to a link's Properties, Copy and Paste, (and sometimes it's not possible to capture all the text).

Is there an answer, please?

If you are using either the 32 bit or 64 bit version of Internet Explorer then
you need to use the 32 bit version as a Microsoft recommendation as the 64 bit is not stable. Make sure you download and use the 32 bit version of IE 10.
