The tv in the bedroom seems to be a couple of minutes ahead of the one in the lounge. Whilst I was watching the one show, OH was watching Eastenders. Why would this be? I am terrible with technology
Off to work in a few minutes so please do not see me as rude for not replying until the morning (although if I'm not too busy at work I will probably have a sneaky peak later). Thanks

The only explanation I can see is that you have 'delay ' set on the lounge TV . With virgin media you can set the TV to show the program with a delay of up to an hour. You must somehow have set the lounge tv box to a 2 min delay. When for instance the 10 o'clock news comes on look at an accurate clock , the one on the bottom of the computer screen would do, and see if the lounge tv is 2 mins late.
