All day on all channels, I have being experiencing out of sync problems with
newsreaders talking slightly behind their text.
Anyone else having this and cn it be explained?

Any number of reasons, from satellite delays to your model of TV set. Too many reasons to list - best to Google for "tv audio video out of sync" or similar, and find loads of links.
