what format are you sending it in?

Wolfgang, sorry but not sure what that is.? It was written in words pad . Richtex format. Is that it?

I assume it's an attached document.
Maybe they need to specify that they want to open it in that format

is it a short document?could you copy/paste it into the body of the email?

I have tried to copy and paste but it will not do it.?

Just tell the recipient to save it to desktop then right-click and select 'open with' word pad.
