I haven't been on here for over a month now...Why?? I made the huge mistake of changing to BT.
I was told on 16th July that it would take until the 29th July to get re-connected. At the same time they cancelled my phoneline that I had with another provider and cancelled my BB with AOL.
The 29th came and went...nothing happened. I rang on the 30th and was told it would be on by the evening and the BB would come on the next day. Nothing happened.
I rang on the 1st Aug to find out that someone had cancelled the order and I had to start all over again!!! The new date is the 15th Aug.
Anyway. Rant over, but I have missed my BB so much. BT are an uncaring, lying organisation who don't care about their customers. Grrrr. it's good t be back on here again albeit for an hour.
Chrissa you have my utmost sympathies. I've just had a fault on my BT house phone and it took 2 weeks to get it sorted. You can't speak to anyone, the online chat - well don't get me started - you are 26,25,24.......20 minutes later 2nd, 1st in the queue... all our agents are busy, please try later. It made me want to hit something.
My sympathies entirely - I had a traumatic time with BT as a business owner I had an agreement with them saying they will give me 5% discount if I commit to spending 2k with them each year so thats the scale I was using their services.
Any hoo after loads of trouble I dumped them and I am currently spending less than 400 per year for a better service.
