Can't Get Fm On Radio.

OK it's not digital, and I can get LW and MW. Can't even get FM with aerial up. One of those retro look radios. Is Capital FM for London available in any other waveband? If not and there is no way of listening to it, which talk programmes would you recommend which are similar to Capital? Not bothered about music channels. Thanks folks.

Forgot to say, can get FM with plug in, but Iwant to use in the bathroom with batteries only, and won't work with batteries !
