Don Breckon's Country Connection (1981)

This painting is fondly known as the one with the little red bus. The bus is a Bedford WLB, the train is a GWR Prairie 2-6-2 tank. But can anyone identify the car? The person leaning against it is in uniform but is he a chauffeur or a taxi driver? Is the car a quality make such as Riley or Wolseley or a more affordable make such as Vauxhall?

Click on the picture to enlarge it, however it's still difficult to tell what make of car it is.

I also think its a taxi. The fx3 was very popular at the time.
