Hp Printer Ink

I use an HP Photosmart 5515 printer. I need to order some BLACK ink .The cartridge number is H-364 but how do I make sure that I get the correct size as it comes in 2 widths. a narrow 12mm same as other 3 colours and a wide 17mm which my printer uses. When I last ordered a full set all the colours were narrow and the black did not fit. TIA

The black ink cartridge on the 5515 is wider. When you ordered your last lot was the black as thin as the other 3 colours?

If you received a cartridge the same width as the other colours it looks like you've been shafted mate. Where did you get them from?

Unfortunately I don't remember where I ordered from,the other colours worked fine and I eventually got a wide black ink cartridge off the net ,I think amazon but not sure.

Sure do Dizmouk. I think I have to order the H-364 XXL to get the wide cartridge if my research is correct.

The XXL just means how much is in the cartridge itself, not its actual size.

I used to get my inks from Choice (website), but now I wait until they are in e.g. Tesco on reduced prices, and buy them there. I've got an HP. Deskjet 3050.
