Laptop Won't Connect To Internet/router
11 Answers
I got a Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile laptop from someone with no operating system on it. I've managed to load it with Vista Home Basic but when I turned it on I cannot get it to connect to our router. When I click for it to connect to a network it doesn't see the router. I know that I have got WiFi enabled because the LED is on. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Laptops often have "special" hardware components that need software drivers to make them work, and these need to be installed on top of Windows.
Go to the Fujitsu Siemens web site and find the support page for your laptop and download and install the drivers.
I think they may just be called Fujitsu now and have dropped the Siemens part of the name.
