I have just bought this tablet (not the 2013 version) and am already having problems! Firstly, when it is being charged is there anything on the screen to show this?
Trying to connect to Wi-Fi I chose BTHub3 and had to enter a password. I entered the password I have for the hub, it was then 'authenticating' and then a message saying 'Webpage not available' -'this webpage at ....may be temporarily down or moved' etc. What have I done wrong? I am using my laptop which is Wi-Fi. Any help would be gratefully received.

When it's charging the battery icon at the top right of the screen will have an orange/yellow thunderbolt sort of thing going through it.

No idea re the wifi connection. Can you give more detail please? Does it connect at all?

I haven't been able to connect at all. It's probably something simple that I should be doing, but I'm no techie.
Are you sure the password is correct? No O instead of 0 or anything like that?

Thanks hc for trying to help. I think I have cracked it now - when it asked for a password it actually needed the wireless key number. I will try the rest of the set up later. Keeping my fingers crossed.
