Catch 22!

My hotmail account has changed to Outlook. And now I can't access my emails until I enter a code that they've sent to my email account! What the........! Can anyone help please?

Did you enter another email address as a security feature when you setup your account? They may have sent the code to that address.

Yes - but my other email address is also hotmail. And it won't let me access hotmail at all until I put this elusive code in!
