I use hotmail, and sometimes when I forward an email the attachment reads as message 5txt, and the email content doesn't send or open when recieved. can anyone tell me why this happens? and can I do anything to rectify it. thanks in advance

This occurs when the hotmail built-in anti-virus scanner detects a virus in the attachment and stips it off the email. This also occurs if the attachment you are sending is above the size limit hotmail will allow for attachments (10MB i think). Gmail, yahoo and other web based email systems do the same...
