I have two Nokia mobiles. Phone No1 in on Vodafone and No2 is on Virgin. Both are on contract payments

I'm getting terrible localised ( 1 sq mile) reception on phone 1 where the other person sounds as if they are submerged -although they can hear me clearly.

Reception on phone 2 (Nokia/Virgin) is perfect.

I also have another old Nokia/Vodafone complete with sim which I don't use any more.

My question is : If I occasionally use the sim card from phone 2 in phone 1will I be charged by Virgin or Nokia ?

I've reported the reception problems to Vodafone but there is no change.

Thanks.

Assuming the handsets are not locked and you can use the SIM in either handset charging follows the SIM because the account number is defined there.
BTW Nokia don't make call charges :-D

Sorry, O_G, I meant Virgin or Vodafone !

you get charged according to who the contract the SIM is with, so as OG says as long as teh handsets aren;t locked and you can swap the sims, if you put sim 2 into phone one, you will be charged according to your contract with virgin
