Is there a music channel on freeview?

I got freeview recently and don't have a music channel, I thought The Hits was on it though...is it?  I've rescanned my box 3 times now and to be honest I think I've just lost channels - QVC has disappeared!  Where can I get a full list of the channels I should be receiving and does anyone know how I can get the ones I don't have?

 vicky on my free view i get 'the hits' and 'tmf' plus a load of digital radio channels! try re installingit every now and again you might get the signal, good luck

Do you have it attached to a proper ariel - say one that leads to outside (don't know a lot about this so might sound stupid)

It's just when i first got my freeview box i had it attatched to a indoor ariel that you plug in and i didn't pick up hardly any channels (including the music ones).

Don't know if this is why. Also my sister's boyfriend has a different freeveiw box to mine and i know he only get's one music channel, not the same ones i get.

Blinky - i live in a flat so the ariel gets plugged into the socket in the wall and 8 houses share the same ariel...apparently its on the roof somewhere!  I guess if thats the reason why I'm not getting some channels I've got no hope of getting them :-(
