Where Are Icloud Pictures On Pc?

What is the path to find your iphone pics that have been synched to the icloud on your pc please? I found them yesterday but today I cannot - must be a blonde moment.......
Via windows explorer I can see them, and it appears to be Computer/iCloud Photos/My Photo Stream......
but when I want to access one of these pics to upload to Facebook this path does not seem to exist! Please advise.
I am using Windows 8 if that helps.
