I have moisture in my headlight of my 147 Alpha has anyone experienced this and any clues how to cure it tried drilling hole and hair dryer.

If it is a sealed unit, then it is likely that the seal has failed to allow moisture in.
Heating the lens (to remove the condensation) will only drive off the moisture, remaining within the unit to condensate once it cools down. I doubt if a small hole drilled in the unit would allow the moisture to escape completely.

Even if you were to remove the complete unit from the vehicle and place it in an oven (at say 70C) and then plug the drilled hole – moisture would return via the original failed seal.

However if you can drive off the moisture from the lens for a duration long enough to pass an MOT test – it might be worth doing.
Hi, with some Headlamps it is possible to remove the Glass, clean & re-seal.
