Best Travel Insurance For Asia.

i am going to asia, i need good travel insurance for iphone, clothes, camera etc, though i have no reciets for anything. is it worth my while getting insurance ? in the event of claim i would hardly be paid out, i do have odd reciept for clothes etc but for laptop iphone etc i do not.

The most important part of travel insurance is the medical cover so yes, it is worth getting i. I`m not sure there is a "best" for Asia as opposed to anywhere else - just check out what they offer.

travel insurance is absolutely essential for the medical and get-you-home cover - but check your household insurance too, those things you are worried about may be covered under your current policy. Don't go without insurance, what ever you do.

Your Bank, we used Staysure, regards your receipts for your phone!!!!!! Insurance comp's want to know how many ounces in a fart when you make a claim, so I would try to find / recover your receipts, contact the shop where you purchased your phone,check your bank statements etc.

We didn't have that problem, TWR, when OH's phone was stolen in Hungary on a delivery - the phone insurance company just wanted to know make and model. Beez, check you don't already have insurance with your i-phone package.
