I have windows7 home premium on a HP laptop.6Gb ram.You are correct in saying I can access digital vault without the toolbar but it's a long roundabout way to access it.IE,Start.open Norton 360,Access Norton security, manage devices, manage Norton apps, sign in to vault.I may not renew my subscription to Norton when it expires.Probably go for avast or avg.I have tried firefox but I am a bit concerned as to how many updates firefox have had in a very short time period.I am unbiased as to which is best but I may start to use firefox more when my Norton security expires. Thanks for your feedback.
from a total non-techie - I changed a while back from IE8 to Google Chrome. Had a few problems with Chrome recently, so tried Firefox and stuck with it for a couple of weeks; I didn't like it as much, and have reverted to Chrome. I think the problem was with my PC not the browser - it's fine now, and I like it very much. Running Windows 7 on my PC.
