Anyone have experience of solid or non-puncture tyres.
I do trail cycling say 30 mile pw. and run for say 30 miles pw.
I'm 66 and weigh only 9 stone. I seem to have punctures about every 2 months. Am useless at changing/mending punctures, seems to take 2 hours each time. Web searches have a mixed response, with concern for my 'nether regions'. Help please! Diolch/Thanks.
