Vodafone Freedom Freebies

for 2 years now I have had a £10 freebie on my mobile. Which gives me 30 days of texting and calls and internet but don't use internet on it. I have been trying for 3 days to get this months one but just cant get summit button to work. All my details come up ok I log in.Has anyone else had this problem ?.Failing this I will have to ring them. Can't access it from my ipad either .
