Alex_Higham kindly sent me a site (For Dummies) explaining "How to Block E-Mail Senders" along with other guides but I am still having difficulty following the instructions. It says :- "Open Message you wish to block / choose Actions - Junk E-mail- Add Sender to Blocked Senders List" Unfortunately "Actions" is Greyed-Out so therefore unable to proceed. Any help please? This is quite normal and I can't think of a way to stop it.
The purpose of blocking mail is so that your In-Box is not clogged with unwanted mail and all the rubbish can be emptied from your Junk Folder, by a single click.

Hi to you both. First to Zacs_Master I am fully opening the emails. Now to Alex_Higham. I may have my ideas mixed up. I thought that by blocking an address it would not gain access but if I have understood you correctly, they will still appear and I will still need to delete them from the Junk folder. Thanks for both previous and any future help. Telboy
