What's the difference between pouches advertised as 2x75(150) microns and those advertised as 150 microns?

Perhaps the first, 2 X 75 microns represents two pouches, while the second, 150 microns, is only one pouch.

Other than that they sound as the same thing to me!
2X75 suggests that the pouch has 2 sides, each of 75 microns. 150 microns is probably the total thickness, so they are as neo said, probably the same.
