3 Answers
From yesterday, probably after lastest Avast update, my yahoo emails do not now appear in my Outlook Express.
This is the error message I receive:
The server responded with an error. Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Cannot connect to POP server ), NB connect error 1460', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90
Can anyone help please.

(Even if your username and password appear to be entered correctly, delete them and re-enter them).
If that doesn't work, simply delete the account and then recreate it.

I don't know if you have got your problem sorted yet, Thelis, but if you put "connect Error 1460" unto Google you can read more complaints about it.
I think it's something to do with having the correct numbers in the POP and SMTP places. Open Outlook Express, then Tools, Accounts, Properties, Advanced and check that the required numbers are correct for the Yahoo web site.
The Yahoo web site should tell you which POP and SMTP numbers you should use.
Hope this helps.
