I have Windows XP Home with four different user accounts, 3 of which are "Administrator" and one is "Limited". Is it possible to further limit the prospective actions of the 'limited' user, other than the default limits?

not to a great extent with home, i dont believe. with pro you certainly can though.

aside: i'd recommend only having one administrator account, and only ever using it for installing software. use a limited account for general browsing and other stuff. your computer will be safer.
The security features of pro can be accessed in home by going in through safe mode. Stuff like restricting access to a certain folder etc.
