Android Playstore

I purchased music through the android play store on my previous phone. I now have a new android phone and want to transfer the music Ive bought from the play store onto my new phone, using my laptop.

When I log into my play store profile, all the music I bought was there, I just cant figure out how to put it on my new phone.

Please help.
