When you click on them they play as video and you want to create a DVD that will play on the DVD player you have attached to your TV.
Like audio CDs, video DVDs have a special format, they are not just a string of files. In order to create this sort of DVD you need special software. It could be that the DVD writing software that came with your PC will have a "create video DVD" option (my PC does, my laptop doesn't). Failing that you will need to get hold of a video editing package that will allow you to produce a DVD. I'm sure others will know of free ones that are available.
