Online Business - Advice needed - HELP!!!

Hi, I am a very ambitious young man and have a product wich i wish to sell via the internet. i am an excellent salesman and marketeer, but my technological knowlege is not so good. I have recently bought "Sage instant" as my accounting package, but am unsure of things such as....

- How to set up Online payment

- How to set up automated emails

- how to set up a website that does similar things to, say Amazon (combined discount for multiple purchase, discounted shipping etc)


Any advice on how to do these things, courses to go on and/or books to read would be massively appreciated.

Online payments.  If you want to start very cheap use paypal, with it you can accept credit cards as well.

Automated emails?  This depends on exatly what you are trying to achieve.  More information needed to answer.

To setup an online shoip, you need a domain name, hosting package (often ytou can get the first year cheap when you buy the domain), and for ease I would look to using OSCommerce as this is a cheap and fairly well equiped package with loads of simple plugins and features to help you.
