am scanning at the moment jno - but other sites seem just fine - only youtube. after scanning which has been ongoing for nigh on 2 hours - will be saying goodnight. Conne. will continue tomorrow

When you log on to YouTube do you login with your Google Account . If you don't login with your Google account then it doesn't unlock all of the features like HD sound etc. Try to do this and see if things are better. Make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed as well.

well up to the lovely weather (don't think) - scanned last night - went onto Youtube - no better. Done speed test -

that is ludicrous. Somebody here may have suggestions for help but if it was me I'd be calling in the professionals to sort this out.

Just a thought. Is your router plugged in to the 'primary' telephone socket or an extension socket?

Mine's as bad as that bernie but we're quite satisfied as we used to get 0.4 download and couldn't watch youtube/iplayer etc but now we can so am not sure what adavantages the rest of you have with 35 Mb etc?
