Moto G Won't Turn On Or Charge.
3 Answers
Hi,
I bought a Moto G 5 days ago. It has worked like a dream up to this point. So, I left it on charge last night, but then in the morn I found it turned off, so naturally I tried to turn it on.... No Response. So I naturally put it back on charge, the little LED light flashed. I came back 10 mins later and tried to turn it on again....once again no response. I looked at troubleshooting pages and they said leave it so I did.....I came back from school and tried to turn it on....No response. So I put it on charge....No response. So this is my problem. I just want to know what I can do before I send it back and retrieve my well earned money.
Thanks again,
Luke

Try, Press and hold the volume down button for three seconds, then also press the power button and then release both.
If it works, a boot selection menu will appear. Use your volume down key to navigate a desired option and use the volume up key to select it.
