Can anyone help me with my zen?

Hiya. I have just bought a zen and when i turn it on i get a message on the screen that says hardware error. Does anyone know what this means? I also cannot load any music onto the zen. If anyone knows how to solve this or has any suggestions that would be great! Thanks x x

If you have just it and it alrady has a hardware error then take it back to the shop and demand a replacement or refund.

You will most likely need to update the firmware. Give that a go first and see what happens.

If that works you should be able to load the music on.

Er not it won't. It's the first thing you are normally told to do.

The CD it comes with will have a firmware update on it.

try creative web site or nomadness (cant remember if its .net or .com) theres lots of fixes and helpfull people there.
