soes anyone know how i can send a youtube video on line messenger. please give me instruction if you can help me with it.

If it's a youtube video, why not just send the recipient a link to the video ??

Exactly Gizmonster. Far easier and it will ensure that there is Not any infringment of Copyright by downloading and copying a YouTube Video.
