can anyone tell me how to clear the stage in the game prince of persia 2 where the prince sword vanishes in the air and he is killed by his own duplicate image

If my memory serves me right, don't fight the double, don't draw your sword, you will always lose the fight, I think you just run or jump past the duplicate.
