Once again this awful company has taken £59.99 out of my bank account. I spent ages last year as I thought cancelling it but it has gone again this year. I am 80 and cannot cope with all this what is the best way to get through to these people that I cannot afford and do not want their virus checker. J simms

Go to customer service and click on refund policy, it gives a couple of contact links.
Don't forget to tell them to take you off automatic renewal.
