I assume that you're trying to access a website but that your browser (or possibly some element of your security software) is blocking it because it regards it as 'untrusted'. In order to tell you how to get past that block we'll need to know which browser (or security program) has created it in the first place.

the browser is google chrome and the site is racinguk.I've been watching racing on this site as an extension to the tv subscription.the other day I logged in ok but when I clicked on watch live racing link it logged me out and came up in the address bar as secure racing uk with a triangle half covering the padlock.I'm flumoxed

I've never got on with Chrome, so I'm certainly no expert here, but you might want to ensure that 'Protected content' is enabled on your computer. See here:
