For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Have you tried printing from a different program? i.e. if you're trying to print from your web browser try printing something from Microsoft Word (or similar) instead. That way you'll be able to discover whether or not the fault lies with the program that you're printing from, rather than with the printer's own software.
Also check that you've not fallen into the common trap where one program is operating inside another (and you've clicked on the wrong print button). For example you might be viewing a PDF document within your web browser (using a plug-in that lets the PDF viewer work inside the browser). If you then click on the browser's 'Print' button (or press Ctrl-P) you'll get a blank page; you need to click on the 'Print' option within the PDF display itself.

Sorry, you've lost me and, with it being a bank holiday weekend, you'll have to wait until Tuesday to ask Epson - but that's probably the way forward:

So it won't work from two different computer sources. Sort of suggests a printer issue rather than a driver one to me. It is weird it'll print scans, which I take is picture data, but not text/data from a word processor. Might be a firmware issue in the printer. Sounds like a sling or pay for workshop repair job to me. Possibly worth getting it looked over before you decide.
