Trouble With Answerbank On Pc
9 Answers
Does anyone else's pc have trouble with Answerbank site? My pc is normally fairly reliable, but when it comes on here it freeezes, I've had to recover the webpage 5 times already, and although my pop-up blocker is on, I still get really annoying adverts on here. I'm running IE, would it be better with Firefox? Thanks for any help.

Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes:
https:/ /www.ma lwareby tes.org /free/
Points to note:
1. When installing, take care to deselect the option to install free trial of the 'PRO' version ;
2. When running it, use the 'Quick scan' option ;
3. Don't be surprised when that 'quick' scan takes over half an hour to finish ;
4. When it does so, click the button to view the results, ensure that there's a tick alongside everything listed and then click the button to delete what's been found.

I have been the same - it has been a horrendous two day affair. With Buenchico 's advice I ran the antivirus mMalawarewirs - but according to the last two senticnces nothing has changed. Am also getting loads of unwanted advertiswements. I did change antivirus from MSE to AVG and as I said earlier today thought thias was my problem. Bye for now JJCon
