Cannot Find Phone '11 Insignia

hi
i cannot find a phone connection on my '11 insignia
the car has all the phone connections on the steering wheel and phone printed on a button on the stereo but when i looked up youtube the settings seem different as in no bluetooth or phone showing up

Mention here of how to tell if you have the Bluetooth option. https://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20120808114407AAovvM3 Pressing the "phone" option will either instigate Bluetooth pairing OR mute the radio.

It could be that, like some Fords, the Bluetooth option is a factory fit laid in when the car's built but has to be ordered.

Alternatively have you tried the Bluetooth search with another phone?
