To return to your original question:
Most email services allow you to create 'aliases'. which are additional email addresses that still deliver mail to your main inbox. So if, for example, your current email address is
[email protected], you could have '
[email protected]' and/or '
[email protected]'.
To create an alias, log into your email account via the web (i.e. using your browser, not an email client such as Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail). You should then be able to find an option to create an alias. (I can't be more specific in my instructions because every email provider has their own way of doing things).
However if you want to create a totally separate email account then I can thoroughly recommend GMX:

(Simply click 'Sign Up' and follow the instructions)
