Dodgy Company Booking Help

Dear all

My sister has booked an hen party for her and some friends through a website called Awesome Weekends.co.uk.

A few people have dropped out and now they are insisting that if she cancels she will loose all the money paid (not just the deposits). Having called them they are refusing to send me the terms and conditions for the booking stating that they are available on the website. Problem is the website links to many other websites and Sister cannot remember which link she booked through and the terms are different for each site/booking.

I am emailing them now to request that they send me the terms and conditions via email as I cannot locate them due to website layout and the fact she cannot remember which one she used.

Where do I stand in getting her money back?

She has a log in to a booking page which I have looked at and there are no terms on there either. I would assume as I am sure she did that she would loose her deposit if cancelling the party but this is quite a bit more than a desposit. Around £700 in total.

Any advice or help please?
