118 118 Query From 5Th May

For those of you kind enough to reply to my post on the 5th May concerning 118 118, Just to inform you I have this morning received a letter from them and a cheque for £3.76, (their charge for the call), so it seems my complaints were listened to.



My original post..............".Have just paid my landline telephone bill , quite shocked, used 118 118 once, (never used it before) and the charge for a 1 min 04 sec call was £5.57, is this normal or should I query with B.T. ?!"...

Hi nelliebee.....I am pleased that you have had a refund from 118 118.

I suggest now that you bill a similar amount to sunny-dave as the cost of your awarding him 'Best Answer' in your original posting :-
