Well, that's a nice surprise! On a whim I signed up for the one month's free trial and today I decided to cancel it expecting the usual palaver of hunting for the cancellation method on the website - in my experience of other sites it is always well hidden and complicated, involving answering questions about my reasons for cancelling.
Not with Netflix. Signed in to 'my account' and there was a big 'cancel membership' button in full view. One click and all done.
I really need to sign up to Netflix but I'm pee'd off that I can't get it on my (not so) smart telly or on Sky. I'd have to hook up one of the kids laptops which I'm sure they let me without roaring.
Yep, son has an xbox but it's in his bedroom, if I bring it out for my benefit he'll see it as a greenlight to use the big telly to play his crappy games.
