Having probs with outgoing mail from Orange account .have deleted account from device and want to set up again...what settings do I input ?

I don't know that I can really add anything to what has been advised by Chris.
Are you actually using Orange for your Mail account or is Orange just your Internet Service Provider and you have in effect a different on-line Mail service.
Incidentally, I do know for a fact that this week Orange has been having problems with its E/mail service and this could account for your difficulties.
