So this is the latest scam to prove that they are homosexual, so therefore should not be sent back from whence they came?
/// When she came to Britain from Nigeria in 2004, her asylum claim was on religious grounds. ///
/// According to Ms Apata, her husband’s family turned against her as they suspected she was gay. They took her to a sharia court, where she was sentenced to death for adultery. She says her brother and three-year-old son were killed in related vigilante incidents. ///
If she was sentenced to death, how did she escape and arrive in the the UK?
/// Ms Apata ran away and went into hiding after two appeals for asylum were rejected, living on the streets in Manchester to make sure she would not be deported. ///
/// In 2012, after being caught working as a care manager with a false visa, she tried again to apply for asylum – saying she feared returning to Nigeria and being persecuted for her sexuality. ///
With that record of deception she should be deported forthwith.

Remember those days do you?
Why not just answer the question without the need to take an historical diversion?
I will repeat the question,
*** If she was sentenced to death, how did she escape and arrive in the the
UK? ***

Thank you sandy nice to see there are still some who can give a reasonably intelligent answer to a reasonable simple question.
I was assuming that she would have stood trial, then been sentenced to death and then escorted down to the cells where it would have been extremely difficult to escape from.
But then perhaps not seeing that it is Nigeria we're talking about.

/// AOG, wouldn't it be shameful if, after escaping from the religious bigots in her own country, we were to send her back? ///
Yes sad but we can not accommodate all those who are persecuted in foreign lands, there was no need for her to come here in the first place, the rules are the first safe country, and I am sure we are not that.
