Severe Frozen Shoulder Now Worried It Has Come Out Of Its Socket Would A Massage Help
2 Answers
Hi there I have a severe frozen shoulder right one and I am in a lot of pain have been for several weeks now been to GP a few times now they have given me exercise and painkillers and if it is still bad in a couple of weeks they will give me a cortesoid injection. I have had 3 in my left shoulder last one 18 months ago and they really help. I wish that they could do it now. I got out of the bath just now and slipped and the pain was excruciating I am wondering if it has come out of its socket I can still move it though so I am doubting that. Also I was wondering if a massage would help.
