Worm/Virus problem

There is a virus/worm causing chaos on my PC. Each time I press Ctrl+Alt+Del, it closes the programme down almost instantly, and it is constantly sending it to all of my MSN Messenger contacts.I have tried numerous Spyware Scans and Virus Scans, and all of them to no avail.

The virus/worm is called AntiX.C, AKA W32.Kelvir. I am desperate to get rid of it, it's driving me mad. Can anyone help me?
