Bt Box, Youview Not Working

I've got a BT box with youview, the box has started not to do everything on it, ie it won't give the summary on program's, can't get on demand or BT, have retuned the tv ect, anyone else had the same trouble?

Now and again, yes, we get a pink screen on the TV or no reaction at all.

We solve it by switching off the OFF rocker on the box - waiting three seconds, then switching it on again. Turn on the box and TV with the remotes, and it should reset itself.

Happened to us, we ran BT, they talked us through a number of things to do using the remote, no more problems!

..and you don't need to retune the TV unless it asks you do, we don't.
