idiot proof site please..

Can someone kindly direct me to an idiot proof site that can help me in "noddy & bigears" language how to put a picture  on the net,I have tried image shack and tinypic but I seem incapable of doing it,I have manage through trial and error to get two pics on piczo but no one can access them but me.I have just spent a futile 2hrs pulling my hair out, thanks in advance. (otherwise I will have to ask mr l to help me)

Perhaps the proxy settings in conjunction with your firewall are causing a block on some HTTP traffic. Have you manually blocked any ports?

Try Photobucket Album. Just Google it. It's quite easy to use.

I'm a bit stunned that you can't use tinypic.com
What bit gives you trouble?

If you know where on your PC the picture is and are able to point tinypic.com to it then it hosts your image.

thanks for your advice, the reason I cant do it is because I lack the basic skills that I need,I put a picture  of parker on tiny pic,it came up and I clicked on host but I cant find it and dont know how to, I have 3 pics in my photo bucket album,but cant get any further.thank you anyway.

emmm....that may be due to a defect in tinypic. The URL (the http:// internet address) is in a box below the pic, normally off screen, that you need to scroll down to. Pretty daft of them. You need to cut and paste that address.
