Laptop With Microsoft Word

Im after a budget laptop for my son for uni. He needs to have microsoft office (he needs WORD and POWERPOINT), The only other thing he will use it for is browsing internet and to watch SKY GO through it. Is it poss to buy a laptop with microsoft office already on???? thanks

There are free compatible suites out there.

Get Open Office or speak to the University - they may have a deal with software providers where you get prices specifically for each university.

Bear in mind that the software will have to be removed when he leave university.

As has been indicated, your son doesn't actually need Microsoft Office. Apache OpenOffice is just as good:
